Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  If you created an account with us, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

If you checked out as a guest, your tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipping. You can always reach out to us at help@charlestonchristmascollectibles.com if you are having trouble finding your tracking number.

Please check your "spam folder" if you can not find the "Your Item Has Shipped" email from us.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If you have created an account with us, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

If you have checked out as a guest, please email help@charlestonchristmascollectibles.com as soon as possible to let us know the changes you would like made. We are able to change quantities or cancel items for you. We can also cancel orders if you have placed one in error. No need to worry, we are here to help!
How do I track my order?
  If you have created an account with us, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

When you item ships we send you a tracking number via email through our audimated system. If you can not find this email please check your "spam" folder. If you are not able to find the email please reach out to us at help@charlestonchristmascollectibles.com and we will resend the tracking number to you directly.
My order never arrived.
  If you have created an account with us, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

If you checked out as a guest, please find the email with your tracking number and verify with www.USPS.com that your item is showing as "Delivered." If the item has been shown as delivered but was not received, please reach out to us at help@charlestonchristmascollectibles.com for further assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If you have created an account with us, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

If you check out as a guest with us please let us know immediately if an item was missing from your order- we will be happy to send the missing item(s) promptly to you. If part of your order is "back ordered" we will let you know before shipping the items in stock.
My product is missing parts.
  If you created an account with us, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

If you checked out as a guest, please let us know immediately that something is missing from your order via email to help@charlestonchristmascollectibles.com. We will get the missing piece to you promptly.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Some of our items are hand painted and are listed as pre-order items. These items can take up to 3 weeks before shipping out as they are hand painted to order. We are more than happy to keep our customers informed on their order status.
