My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
If you checked out as a guest:
- Our system pre-authorizes payments when you complete your order. We do not charge your credit card until your order has shipped.
- If you cancel your order the pre-authorization may still show on your online bank account for 24 hours - the authorization will disappear within 24 hours. We will never charge you for an order that was canceled.
- We will never charge you for more than was agreed to at check out.
