Additional Discounts
 
  • Our web based products are priced as marked. No additional discounts will be applied to order. On occasion we may run a promotion with a coupon code that will be listed on our social media page.
  • Military discounts can not be applied for online orders or phone orders. Military discounts are available for in-store purchases with proper ID.
  • "Out of State" sales are tax free.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Sales tax must be paid for any purchases with a "ship to" address in South Carolina.
I have a question on my charges.
  If you have created an account with us, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

If you checked out as a guest:
  • Our system pre-authorizes payments when you complete your order. We do not charge your credit card until your order has shipped.
  • If you cancel your order the pre-authorization may still show on your online bank account for 24 hours - the authorization will disappear within 24 hours. We will never charge you for an order that was canceled.
  • We will never charge you for more than was agreed to at check out.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  If you have an account with us click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.

If you checked out as a guest, please check your email as a copy was sent to the email provided upon completion of your order. (Don't forget to check your spam folder!)

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
